General Characteristics:

-

Base composed of a sturdy tubular and angular structure of acc . stainless steel AISI 304, with leveling feet in acc . stainless

-

External casing constructed from polyurethane foam panels (120 mm thick), covered with acc . stainless steel AISI 304.

Conveyor belt composed of a frame in sections and central guides in polizene ; containment side rails in shaped sheet metal; the net is built with V-shaped links and side chain, the whole is in AISI 304. Network carpet dimensions: 1000xlung.attile width 8000 (+400 supply side).

The belt is driven by a gear motor ( PE KW 1.1) controlled by an ITACHI inverter, the crossing time of the product is variable according to the type of product.

The ventilation system is provided by 12 fans of 330 and 400 mm diameter placed on the ceiling.

 

These fans are driven by motors ( PE cad / KW 0.75),

 

all protected by aluminum sleeves, which support the guide bearings

The lifting of the casing (for inspection and cleaning of the tape) is allowed by

four angular transmissions with trapezoidal screws , driven by a single gear motor ( PE KW 1.1) placed under the base.

the injection and regulation system of the cryogenic gas, is realized through nozzles calibrated sprayers, placed on special ramps connected to two solenoid valves.

 

All this is controlled by a PLC using a PT100 thermoresistance .

The exhaust gas extraction system is allowed by an aspirator placed on one shelf applied in proximity ( PE KW 1.1).

three-way valve with adjustment throttle, via a flexible hose

The electrical panel consists of an acc . INOX, where they are assembled all electrical equipment and the PLC, which programs the entire cycle of pre-set freezing based on the characteristics of the product being processed.
