Mod.CC80 for frozen potatoes in bags of 1 to 5 kg . starting from coil

Automatic vertical packaging machine for bags in heat- sealing film taken from a single reel. The machine is structured on an electro-welded steel frame painted with two-component epoxy paint.

The CC80 is supplied with a hot bar welding unit and with pneumatic movement of the sealing bars.

The machine is supplied complete with:

group perform motorized reel, equipped with centering of the reel by handwheel. The coil is fixed by two cones located on a reel carrier shaft. One of the two cones has more fixed positions to facilitate the change of the film. Machine stop system for end of reel. Brake assembly. The reel unwinding unit is equipped with a compensation system if the machine is equipped with a photocell for centering the print.
