AUTOMATIC STATION OF PRODUCT CUTTING

The machine can be supplied with the equipment for the production of strips having the side of 6,8,10, 12, 14.

The product to be Niced is introduced into the feeding hopper of the machine.

The centrifugal action of the impeller blades forces the product itself to move towards the periphery of the impeller where the first cut is made.

The second cut is then performed with a series of longitudinal knives arranged transversely, thus obtaining pieces in strips.

Finally, the third cut is made with rotating circular knives, thus obtaining the finished product in cubes. All the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, as is the supporting structure (in stainless steel tubes).
